Our founders and mentors have seen firsthand how many talented students lose their way simply because they didn't have the right guidance at the right time. RP Nauticals was built to close that gap — offering honest counselling, structured exam preparation, and real support through every stage of the journey, from choosing the right entrance exam to stepping onto your first ship.

Our Story
Built by seafarers, for future seafarers
RP Nauticals began with a simple, uncomfortable observation: most students entering the Merchant Navy pipeline in India were being guided by people who had never actually stepped onto a ship. Brochures promised the world; reality on the deck was very different. We started RP Nauticals to close that gap — to be the guide our own founders wish they'd had before their first voyage.
Today, we're a small, focused team of ex-mariners, faculty and support specialists working out of Dwarka, New Delhi. Every student who joins us gets a personal mentor, a written career map, and one point of contact through admission, training and placement. No handoffs, no lost files, no vanishing WhatsApp numbers.
